摘    要:如同汉字一样,艺术中的形象来自对自然物象的模拟。自然物象或有形,或无形,在有形中化其虚,在无形中求其实,这种思维源自汉字的象形思维,它不仅奠定了中国古典美学的重要理论基础,也代表着艺术创造的完美至境。

Abstract:Just as in the case of Chinese characters, the images in classical Chinese arts are also simulations of natural objects. As the natural world is dual with tangible and intangible objects, so the artistic world contains dialectically both actual images and illusive images, with the actual offsetting intangibility and the illusive counteracting tangibility. This idea, which originates from the way Chinese characters are structured, not only forms an important theoretic basis for classical Chinese esthetics, but also points to a perfect realm of artistic creation.
