| 摘 要： | 人肉搜索只是一种搜索方式,但因为其对隐私的揭示使之成为暴露隐私的专有名词,这是一种误解,从而引起人们对它的赞扬或讨伐.侵犯隐私和人肉搜索并不存在对等关系,隐私保护也不是绝对的.对普通人来说,其隐私理应受到尊重,但对公众人物合理介入隐私也可以满足公民的知情权,实行舆论监督之功能.
