| 摘 要： | 核安全监管是生态文明建设的重要议题。生态文明建设面临的能源生态问题、经济生态问题、社会生态问题对核安全监管提出了新挑战。只有将现代生态理念植根于核安全监管现代化全过程,进一步优化核安全监管组织架构、法律体系、技术措施和公众沟通机制,才能有效解决生态文明建设面临的系列问题,推动高质量高水平的生态文明建设。

| Abstract: | Nuclear Safety Supervision is an important issue in the construction of ecological civilization. The problems of energy ecology, economic ecology and social ecology in the construction of ecological civilization pose new challenges to nuclear safety supervision. Taking the modern ecological concept as its root in the whole process of modernization of nuclear safety supervision, further optimizing the organizational structure, legal system, technical measures and public communication mechanism of nuclear safety supervision, and effectively solving a series of problems facing the construction of ecological civilization, promote the construction of ecological civilization of high quality and high level. |
