百年来党的中华民族共同体意识历史逻辑与铸牢路径研究

铸牢中华民族共同体意识是党的十九大写进党章的重大决策,是党和国家与时俱进的政策创新,并有其深刻的历史与现实的众多根据。而在这众多根据的背后是中华民族共同体的根本利益。在中国共产党为中华民族的伟大复兴而团结奋斗的百年以来的各个阶段,始终伴随着中华民族共同体的政策利益与政策认识的互动的逻辑:横向表现为中华民族共同体政策利益的物理空间与政策认识的思维空间的辩证统一,纵向表现为政策利益与政策认识为一致的自生、共生至同生的交叉并存的历史特征与趋势。这种历史特征与趋势在新民主主义革命、社会主义改造和探索、反右扩大化和文革、社会主义建设等时期得以逐步完善,并发展成为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的民族政策新战略。为实现民族政策新战略,应从人民本位上把握中华民族共同体的根本利益,从政治团结上构建中华民族共同体的利益联结,从经济合作上健全中华民族共同体的利益互动,从文化交融上促进中华民族共同体的利益实现。

Research on the Historical Logic and Path for Forging the Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation of the CPC in the Past One Hundred Years

The history of the Chinese nation is one of the unity and common progress of all ethnic groups.In the past of one hundred years,the Communist Party of China has led the people of all ethnic groups to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,from striving for national salvation to national independence.During this process,a series of ethnic policies which adapted Marxism to the Chinese context were produced,thereby,drafting a new chapter for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Forging the sense of community for the Chinese nation is an important decision for the party.It is also an innovative policy that enables the party and the state to keep pace with the times and,furthermore,has many deep foundations in both history and reality.Behind these lie the fundamental interests of the Chinese national community.In each stage of the past one hundred years while the Chinese Communist Party united and struggled for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the quest for the Chinese national community was always accompanied by the mutually logical policies of interest and knowledge.The horizontal expression of this is the dialectical unity of the physical space of the policy interests and the thought space of the policy understanding of the Chinese national community.The vertical expression is the historical characteristic and tendency that policy interests and policy cognition agree with self-generation,and intersect with symbiosis to co-existence.In order to realize the new strategy of ethnic policy,we should grasp the fundamental interests of the community for the Chinese nation from the people s standards or perspectives;construct the interests linking the community for the Chinese nation from political unity;improve the interaction interests of the community for the Chinese nation from economic cooperation,and promote the interests for realizing the community for the Chinese nation from cultural integration.The Communist Party of China has always been committed to the unity of truth and practice.As stated in the Communique of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee,we will continue to publicize and educate Marxist views on the motherland,the nation,culture,and history,so as to lay a solid ideological foundation for the community for the Chinese nation.Over the past hundred years,the Communist Party of China has adhered to the basic Marxist spirit of seeking truth from facts,has taken as the starting point China s basic national conditions,and followed the correct path of solving the ethnic problem with Chinese characteristics.Under the guidance of this path,China s capacity and level of governance on ethnic issues have continuously improved.It has withstood the test of history and practice,gathered the consensus and will of the Chinese people of all ethnic groups to forge a community of shared future for the Chinese nation,and contributed Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions to the governance of ethnic issues around the world.
