中华文化的终极情感价值及其共同体意识传播

摘    要:人独特的脑生理机制带来了人的终极需求,这只能通过文化的情感价值系统,尤其是终极情感价值满足并形构人的意义系统。终极情感价值作为文明共同体的根基性理念或轴心,在共同体意识培育中发挥巨大的精神作用。中华文化在独特的地理和历史时空中形成自然精神崇拜,表现出"生生""人仁""和合"的终极情感价值及其价值系统。这对于中华民族共同体意识的传播具有重要启示:以终极情感价值统领共同体意识培育与传播,文化的层次性决定着传播的分层性。

Abstract:The distinctive characteristics of the biological mechanisms of the human brain generate the need for spirituality.This need can only be satisfied by the affective-values,especially the spirituality of culture,which constitutes the systems of meaning for mankind.As the fundamental idea or axis of a civilized community,spirituality plays a huge role in the cultivation of community consciousness.For Chinese culture,worship of nature evolved from a worship of"Heaven"as the supreme power in farming society,transcending in time through the Confucian ideology of"virtue"and"benevolence"in early society,and carried on as a national cultural heritage into the modern era.The relationship between nature and humans is symbolized as the inter-relationships among"heaven","earth",and"human"in a descending order of power.This hierarchical structure of relationships is the cognitive world schema for Chinese people,and is from where moral codes and ethical responsibilities derived.Spirituality is often acquired through the way of the self,especially through internal changes such as awakening selfawareness and enlightenment.The ideology of nature worship was formed bounded by a series of special geological and historical conditions,which is specifically manifested as the System of the three elements of spiritual value and meaning:Shengsheng(birth or life and growth in nature,生生)nurtures being;Renren(Benevolence or仁人)is the goal of human beings,and Hehe(Harmony or和合)is the way of community.The validation of being comes directly from"Heaven",which is virtuous,truthful and nurturing.Benevolence,as explained by Confucian,is philanthropic love not only for our families,but also for non-relatives,animals and plants.It is a feeling of empathy and compassion towards all beings beneath heaven.Harmony relates to symbiosis,cooperation,and interdependence among beings."Harmony"is embodied in the governance of society and the country,which is"to rule by virtue"."Harmony"is the natural result of"nurture"and"benevolence".Together they bring together the core ideologies of the Chinese nation,such as benevolence,people-oriented,honesty,justice,harmony,and unity.They are constantly striving for selfimprovement,dedication and happiness,helping the poor,and acting bravely.Chinese traditional virtues such as filial piety and love for the elderly,ideological and cultural content that promotes social harmony and encourages people to be good.These basic temperaments that have become the spiritual world of the Chinese people are the coconstructed community of shared responsibility and mutual benefits which run through the vein of Chinese culture.All of these have importance for enlightening the dissemination of the community consciousness of the Chinese nation:1)Spirituality leads the cultivation and dissemination of community consciousness;2)The hierarchical nature of Chinese culture hints at the stratification of dissemination of community consciousness;and 3)It is entirely possible to have a dialogue between the spirituality of Chinese culture and the West and other civilization,and jointly promote the development of a"community of shared future for humankind".
