农产品地理标志使用对猕猴桃种植户收入的影响

基于陕西省猕猴桃主产区645个种植户的微观调查数据,运用倾向得分匹配法构建反事实框架,分析了农产品地理标志使用对农户收入的实际影响。结果表明:(1)使用地理标志会同时增加猕猴桃种植户的生产成本、产值和纯收入,但收入指标的增长幅度更大,能够对猕猴桃种植户带来显著的经济效益。(2)种植决策者的受教育水平、猕猴桃收入占农户总收入比重、是否加入产业组织以及亲友中是否有农技专家都对农户选择使用地理标志有显著的正向影响。为此,建议从加大宣传力度、提高产业组织水平、提升农户受教育水平以及发挥农业技术专家推广作用等方面着手,引导农户使用地理标志;从健全质量监督体系、完善信息披露机制着手,加强对地理标志农产品质量的维护,确保质量信号的有效传递,充分发挥地理标志在农业增产、农民增收、农村发展中的作用。

Empirical Study on Economic Benefit of Agri geographical Indications

Based on the survey data of 645 kiwi growers in the main producing areas of Shaanxi Province,this paper uses PSM analysis to construct a counterfactual framework and analyzes the actual impact of geographical indications on the economic benefits of peasant households.Two main results are obtained:firstly,geographical indications will increase the production cost,the output value and the net profit of kiwi growers at the same time,but the growth rate of income index is greater,which can bring significant economic benefits to kiwi growers.Secondly,there are four factors that have significant positive effects on farmers’choice of using geographical indications,including the education level of the household’s decision-makers,the kiwi income ratio,whether to join industrial organizations,and whether to have agricultural experts as friends or relatives.Therefore,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions,such as enhancing peasants’quality-priority awareness and brand awareness to guide them to use geographical indications,improving the quality supervision system to strengthen the maintenance of GI products’quality,improving the information disclosure mechanism to ensure the effective transmission of quality signals of GI products as well as formulating preferential policies to give full play to the role of industrial organizations.
