摘    要:运用DEA与Malmquist分解方法对“十一五”期间钢铁行业上市公司能源效率进行了测度研究.得出结论:从DEA模型结果看,上市公司的节能潜力大,总体能源效率提升空间接近20%,技术效率提升的空间在15%以上;2006-2009年一半左右的公司规模报酬递减,发展规模有待改善;按技术效率与规模效率将钢铁公司分为能源效率优良、有待提高、不足、有潜力四类;钢铁公司年能源投入冗余在5%左右,但公司差异较大.从Malmquist指数分解结果看,能源效率提高主要由技术进步引导,管理水平的提高与规模经营起辅助作用.

Abstract:In this paper,we made a measurement of energy efficiency research for the steel industry listed companies during 2006 to 2010 using DEA model & Malmquist decomposition method.The results are following: Looking from the DEA model,listed companies have a big energy saving potential,improvement space of energy efficiency was close to 20%,improvement space of technology efficiency is about 15%;from 2006 to 2009,half of companies had been decreasing in scaling returns;listed companies was classified four category as good,need to be improved,defect,potential,energy input redundancy of listed companies is about 5%;looking from the Malmquist index decomposition,improvement of energy efficiency is caused mainly by technology progression.Finally,we have given some corresponding recommendations of business development.
