| 摘 要： | 俄罗斯地处欧亚大陆的中心，作为一个横跨欧亚的国家，其特殊的地理位置决定了俄罗斯独特的民族思想，即俄罗斯既不属于欧洲，也不属于亚洲，而是一个“欧亚洲”。在俄罗斯历史发展过程中，欧亚双重思想一直起着或多或少的影响。普京执政以后，重新审视了俄罗斯作为欧亚大陆中心的地缘政治地位，以新欧亚主义为指导思想，确定了以国家利益为核心的国家战略，在国际社会中逐渐恢复了俄罗斯的国际影响力。

| Abstract: | Russia has been located in the Eurasian centre,whose peculiar geographic location has decided distinctive national thought as a country who stretches across Eurasia,whlch means Russia neither belongs to Asia nor Europe,It is a ＂Europe Asia＂.Double thoughts of Eurasian is always getting up in the developing process in Russia history,more or less. Putin has scanned the Russia geopolitics position as Eurasia centre again after being in power.With the new Eurasian doctrine as guiding ideology,Putin ascertained country strategy centering on country benefit and restored the Muscovite international power gradually in the international community. |
