关于完善教师职务聘任制的思考

摘    要:现行教师职务聘任制已经不能适应高等教育发展的需要 ,必须探索新的聘任办法以适应改革的需要。本文对现行教师职务聘任制存在的一些问题作出分析 ,提出要进一步完善教师职务聘任制 ,必须从观念更新、科学合理设岗、强化考核、加强聘后管理等方面入手 ,变教师职务终身制为聘任制 ,建立起教师“能上能下 ,能进能出 ,优胜劣汰”的人才竞争激励机制

Abstract:The present teacher-employment system has already failed to adapt itself to the of the institution of development.higher tearning. Therefore,it is necersary to seek for new ways of employment to meet the demand of reform.This thesis makes a brief analysis of some problems in the cunrrent teacher-emyployment system and emphasizes that improving the system must start with changing viewpoints,setting a post scientifically and reasonably,strengthening the management after teachers' being employed,etc. and then turns the life long system of teachers' post into employment system.establishes a competition mechanism,in which teachers can be made lower or higher in posts hased on their practical performance.They can be employed or dismissed flexibly.
