| 摘 要： | 从师德建设工作实践的思考中,把师德建设目标确定为提倡"师德的完善",强调从科学精神和人文精神两个方面探讨师德建设文化层面的意义;而师德建设的制度性设计层面的思考,要考虑强化教师的社会地位,在更高的层次上肯定教师的社会形象。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses how to enhance teachers' morality in terms of cultural construction and mechanism design.Both scientific spirit and humanistic spirit are included in the construction of teachers' morality,and mechanism design should place importance on teachers' social status to establish their positive social image. |
