| 摘 要： | 首先通过大学生对英语老师的评价 ,归纳得出“三好”英语老师的三个标准 :一是个性好 (教师的情绪稳定、成熟 ,有一定的利他主义并对工作充满热情 ) ;二是师生关系好 (老师在了解学生 ,尊重学生 ,爱护学生的基础上与学生建立良好的人际关系 ,并与其他教师也具有较好的人际关系 ) ;三是专业水平好 (基本素质好 ,知识更新的程度快 ,备课的质量高 )。然后逐层剖析 ,最后阐述英语老师怎样才能成为符合要求的“三好”老师

| Abstract: | The paper first illustrates the criterion of "Three good" English teachers according to the students' needs, that is good personality (their mood is mature and steady, full of enthusiasm and altruism); good relationship with students (building up good relationship based on understanding, respecting and loving) and good professional ability (qualified, well informed and well prepared for lessons). Then analyzes reasons of it respectively and puts forward how to become a "Three good" English teacher. |
