| 摘 要： | 教育教学质量是高等教育的生命线。教学管理是高等学校管理的最主要的任务和内容,也是改进和提高教学质量的关键因素。学校教育质量管理应适应时代的发展需要,根据实际情况不断发展完善。教学质量管理工作也必将在实施中不断地调整充实,健全的管理制度、科学合理的管理手段、有效的监控、评价和激励机制等是做好教学质量管理工作的保证。

| Abstract: | The quality of education and teaching is always the lifeline of higher education.Teaching management is the most important task or content of whole management work in a university,at the same time it is the key factor of improving the teaching quality.Management of education quality should suit the new need of society development,and keep improving according the factual situation.Meanwhile,the management of teaching quality should be adjusted and enriched during its implementation.The right management institution,scientific management method and effective systems of monitoring,evaluating and motivating are the guarantee of teaching quality management. |
