Thinking About the Efficacy of Ordinary Citizen's Political Participaiton in China

The ordinary citizens in China participate in politics mainly by political selection, forming association of politics, political contaction and political expression, and achieve their democratic rights. So the efficacy of political paticipation may judge the level of democracy. The paper discusses some problems which exist in the ways of political paticipation, and how to improve the efficacy of it.
