| 摘 要： | 村民主自治是我国历史上一项前所未有的伟大民主实践。20多年来村民自治与基层民主实践一直是在曲折中向前发展的。成绩是有目共睹的，但目前还存在需要进一步探索和解决的问题，需要采取相应对策和提出合理建议。

| Abstract: | Villager autonomy is a great unprecedented democratic practice in our history.Villager autonomy and democratic practice at the grassroots level have been making headway amid twists and turns over the past 20 years.Achievements are obvious,but now some problems still exist,which need further study and to be solved.The article brings forward some effective countermeasures and suggestions about these problems. |
