中国水泥企业顾客价值构成的实证研究

摘    要:基于顾客视觉的顾客价值研究为切入点,以中国水泥企业作为研究样本,构建中国水泥企业顾客价值的构成模型;然后通过访谈和调查问卷搜集相关数据,并采用SPSS统计软件,分析中国水泥企业顾客价值的关键构成因素,为中国水泥企业提升顾客价值、增强企业竞争力提供决策依据.

Abstract:From the perspective of the customer value based on customer vision,this study builds a model of customer value to study cement enterprises in China. Firm level data were collected through interviews and questionnaires and then analyzed with SPSS to identify the determinants of customer value in the cement industry. Such analyses will enlighten corporate decision making aimed at raising customer value and enhancing corporate competitiveness.
