| 摘 要： | 应用现代管理学的SWOT分析法,在了解优势、克服劣势、把握机会、化解威胁的基础上,对我国高职院校的外部环境和内部环境进行了全面系统地分析。基于SWOT分析的结果,构建了我国高职院校发展战略模型,并论述了高职院校协调发展的SO战略、WO战略、ST战略、WT战略。

| Abstract: | Applying the analytical method of SWOT in the theory of modern management,the author analyzed the internal and external environment of the higher vocational colleges systematically on the basis of knowing the advantages,overcoming the disadvantages,seizing the opportunities and eliminating the threats.Based on the conclusion of the SWOT analysis,the basic model on the development strategy of higher vocational colleges is set up.And then the SO strategy,WO strategy,ST strategy,WT strategy of higher vocational colleges is discussed in detail. |
