| Abstract: | The article explains that the main principles of listed company acquisitions should include the principle of open information and the principle of equal opportunity of shareholders. The different incline of policy in different countries lead to their different basic principles in listed company acquisition,influencing the specific system design. The author analyzes the regulation of our country's Securities Law on this issue. |
