论高等教育市场的特殊规定性

摘    要:现代市场经济的某些因素和机制决定了高等教育具有市场性质,高等教育市场在内容和功能上具有特殊性:其生产过程体现为人的教育即劳动力再生产过程;学校是市场运行的主体,但消费者学生也具有主体性,它是一种双向市场,即卖-卖市场;以社会效益最大化为追求原则,等等,高等教育市场由教育资源,教育产品,教育消费,教育生产构成。培育高等教育市场要采取刺激需求,加大投入,增加消费等措施,使高等教育市场可持续发展。

Abstract:Some factors and mechanism of modern market economy determine that the higher education has the market characteristics.The higher education market in its contents and function has the following particularity:its production process embodies the education for a man,that is,reproduction process of labour force;the university is the main body of market operation;it is a two way market;it is on the principle of the best social benefit.The higher education market consists of education resources,education products,education consumption and education production.Cultivating the higher education market should take measures of stimulating needs, beefing up efforts and increasing consumption.The higher education market will be ensured sustainable development.
