道教文化视野下对克隆人的伦理思考

克隆人堪称现代生物科技最新发展水平的重要标志，然而它在理论、技术及现实运用上仍然存在着许多难以克服的局限性。作为基因决定论的直接产物，克隆人使得生命孕殖主观化、无性化，亲子基因重复化、单一化，生命本身工具化、商品化。克隆人必将在日益异化的过程中丧失应有的尊严和人性。道教的自然孕殖、形神合一以及既注重生命的现实关怀，又兼顾生命的超越性诉求等生命文化内涵，对克隆人必将具有重要的启迪和指导作用。

Ethical examination of human cloning from the perspective of Taoist culture

Although human cloning represents the latest development of modern biotechnology, it has many limitations in theory, technique and practical use which are difficult to overcome. As the direct product of gene determinism, human cloning makes life pregnancy subjective and asexual, leading to the duplication and simplification of parent-child gene as well as the objectification and commercializa- tion of life. Consequently, the cloned human will surely lose the due dignity and human nature, and suffer anguish in the lifetime, during the course of the growing dissimilation. Taoism is characterized by successful combination of religious humanistic care and scientific rational spirit. It advocates both sexes to participate in the natural pregnant breeds, insists on the unity of body and mind, and high- lights the meaning of human life. Besides the worldly care, Taoism takes the demand of life transcen- dentality into account as well. Therefore, Taoist culture is of great inspiration and guidance for the present and future development of human cloning.
