| 摘 要： | 创新是促进学校发展的不竭动力,教师是学校创新的主力。教师的创新力是创新能力、创新动力、创新合力的统一,是现实能力和潜在能力的统一。提高教师创新力要从提高教师的创新意识、增强创新动力、聚合创新合力、培育持续创新力入手。
