| 摘 要： | 本文主要研究在自纠正间歇式采油机中,利用非易失性串行SRAM设计出的可记忆控制系统及其控制过程。并就系统中的自纠正过程,及非易失性串行SRAM掉电保护操作关键部分进行介绍。
