| 摘 要： | 通过对供水前后水资源区域社会经济协调度的测量可以得到南水北调工程供水效益在各受水区域之间的分配量,可以很好地衡量工程运行前后沿线受水区域之间的利益分配格局变化.通过实证分析可知,南水北调工程的实施在很大程度上改变了受水区域之间基于水资源的区域利益分配格局;各受水区城市口门水量分配本质上是依据各城市GDP的大小,是各城镇综合实力竞争的结果;水资源分配所引起的区域利益格局的变化主要体现在强化先发展区域的比较优势,进一步扩大区域发展差距.
