| 摘 要： | 针对国内外经济人生存环境的变化以及他们在伦理上所表现出的相应性质的不同,采用理论分析的方法阐述了经济人行为的三个方面的伦理问题：即平等问题、竞争问题以及求利效率问题。进而展现出经济人的普遍特征,在此基础上使人们更好地认清经济行为的伦理属性。

| Abstract: | In view of the changes in brokers' living environment home and abroad and their different ethicl natures,theoretical analysis was made of broker behavior's ethical problems in three aspects:equality,competition and benefit seeking.Further,general characteristics of brokers were displayed,on the basis of which people could better understand the ethical attributes of economic behavior. |
