| 摘 要： | 针对《阅微草堂笔记》中讼师的形象都被塑造成邪恶的、奸猾的,讼师的结局都是可悲可怜的这一现象,采用归纳总结的方法,分析了讼师可悲的下场背后的原因,得出了对规范现代律师职业的启示,通过道德社会建设、律师违规成本的提高和具体行为的规范可以部分克服现实中的问题。

| Abstract: | in Yuewei Cottage Notes,Songshi(illegal litigation practitioners) were described as evil and cunning persons who finally came to a poor and pitiful end in life.Underlying reasons for their deplorable ending were analyzed through an inductive method.Findings bring enlightenment on the standardization of modern lawyer profession.Construction of moral society,the increased violation cost to lawyers and standardization of specific conducts may help solve some practical problems. |
