| 摘 要： | 从社会经济发展局势、相关理论氛围、科技发展特点等几方面概述国家技术能力理论产生的时代背景,系统梳理国家技术能力概念提出及发展状况,分析其有待完善之处,为深化国家技术能力理论研究,洞悉其未来发展趋势,完善国家技术能力理论内涵予以基础性铺垫。

| Abstract: | Times background of the national technical capacity theory was outlined from the aspects of social-economic developing situation,relative theoretical environment,characteristics of technological development.Systematical review was made of the presentation and the development of this concept and the aspects to be improved.This study paves the road for deepening the theoretical research,probing into the future trends,and improving the theoretical connotation of national technical capacity. |
