| 摘 要： | 针对低碳生态城市的发展评价问题,采用对比分析的方法,分析了国内外生态城市建设指标体系和低碳社会指标构成,构建了低碳生态城市评价指标体系,并选择加权指数法对其进行综合评价。结果表明：通过该方法评价低碳生态城市发展现状,能够找出制约其发展的关键因素,以便采取针对性的政策和措施更好地指导低碳生态市建设。
