| 摘 要： | 地方政府间跨区域合作治理模式在国外已推行多年,被证明是一条成功的经验。目前,地方政府间跨区域合作治理已成为我国区域发展和地方治理的重要途径。借鉴欧盟跨区域合作治理的经验,通过组建精简、高效、科学的决策机构、着力打造大西安都市圈、建立关中-天水经济区公共基金、优化区域内政府绩效评估体系、选择适宜的区域合作领域来构建关中-天水经济区地方政府间跨区域合作治理体系,促进关中-天水经济区经济社会的可持续发展。
