| 摘 要： | 图书馆应注重馆员与读者之间的沟通方式,正确认识双方可能存在的沟通障碍,明确沟通的作用,注重沟通的技巧,充分认识馆员与读者双方有效沟通的意义.分析了影响高校图书馆员与读者沟通的因素,提出了实现有效沟通的途径和方法.

| Abstract: | The present paper holds that it is the duty of a college library to pay its due attention to the way of communication between the librarians and readers,properly approach the barriers in the communication,realize the importance of communication and lay stress on the techniques of communication.Grounded on the analysis of the factors affecting a possible harmonious relationship,the present paper proposes some useful ways of achieving effective communication between librarians and readers. |
