| 摘 要： | 文章以118家民营上市公司的资产负债表为切入点,运用均值分析、皮尔逊相关分析、典型相关分析等统计方法,分析了民营上市公司的财务战略,并与国外的研究作对比,从信用策略、资本结构和投资策略三个方面探讨其中存在的问题.

| Abstract: | The paper cuts in the point through the balance sheets of 118 privately-run listed corporations. Used the methods of Compare Means Analysis, Pearson Correlation Analysis & Canonical Correlation Analysis, it compares the financial strategy of privately-run listed corporations with the foreign researches. At last, it discusses the existing problems about credit policy, capital structure and investment strategy. |
