| 摘 要： | 深入探讨了巨额财产来源不明罪的证明责任问题,认为此罪的证明责任仍应由人民检察院全面承担,被告人不负证明责任。并指出了此罪的证明责任不同于举证责任,最后就证明责任的履行作了详细的论述。

| Abstract: | This paper deeply expounds the problem of proof liability of large property without appropriate origin, proposes that the prosecutor's Court should be fully responsible for proof liability and defendants are free from it, and points out that proof liability is different from burden of proof and finally explains the fulfillment of proof liability in details. |
