| 摘 要： | 一个社会依存于特定的地域环境,而和谐社会的建设需要以发展循环经济的理念去合理开发资源,减少环境污染,协调好人与自然的关系,营造良好的自然环境,以此才能奠定和谐社会的自然基础。反之,赖以生存的自然环境恶化,生存的基础不稳,和谐社会则无从谈起。
