| 摘 要： | 就企业破产时的保证责任问题进行了一些探讨。指出保证方式不同,在破产程序中保证责任的解决方式也不同;保证责任是否到期以及债务人、保证人是否同时破产等不同情况对保证责任的解决方式也有影响。

| Abstract: | Owing to the various mode of guaranty,there are varieties of settlement of liability for guarantee in the procedure of bankruptcy.Furthermore,whether the liability of guaranties is due or not,whether the guarantor goes bankrupt simultaneously,which have different influences on the settlement of liability on guaranties.By this paper,the author is going to discuss some issues on the liability on guaranties when the enterprises go bankrupt. |
