| 摘 要： | 社会转型期会产生许多不稳定的因素与矛盾,这是世界各国或地区在发展中所证明了的一个基本事实。以泄密作为一种逐利性的工具,是社会转型期产生的问题和矛盾之一。文章分析了社会转型期的基本特点和泄密问题产生的基本原因,提出了防止泄密的措施与方法建议。

| Abstract: | Many factors and conflicts led to unsteability are presented in the period of social transiton,which proves to be the phenomena in the development in all countries or areas.To leak information for profit is one of the problems during the period of social transition.The thesis analyzes the primary characteristics of the period of social transition and causes for information leaking,and put forward methods and advice to advoid information leaking. |
