| 摘 要： | 思想政治工作是经济工作和其他一切工作的生 命线。思想政治工作的针对性是其实效性和主动性的前提。因此，必须认真分析和研究思想 政治教育的针对性。而研究针对性必须首先弄清楚针对性的系统结构。从思想政治教育的过 程看，针对性的系统结构主要由思想政治教育目标、任务的针对性，客体的针对性，时间、 空间的针对性，方式、方法的针对性和内容的针对性构成。

| Abstract: | Ideological and political work is very important in economical work and any other work.The direction of ideological and political w ork is a presupposition of its effect and initiative.So,we should analyze and st u dy the ideological and political work seriously.To study the direction,we must m ake the system of the direction clear first.According to ideological and politic al education process,the direction system is constituted of the ideological and political education aim and the direction of work,object,time,spac e,method,way and content. |
