| 摘 要： | 弘扬和培育民族精神和时代精神是建设中国特色社会主义文化的重要内容，以爱国主义为核心的民族精神和以改革创新为核心的时代精神，是社会主义核心价值体系的精髓。深刻理解这一命题，必须搞清几个问题：民族精神和时代精神的科学内涵是什么；民族精神和时代精神的辩证关系是什么；弘扬和培育什么样的民族精神和时代精神；以及如何弘扬和培育民族精神和时代精神。
