论WTO框架下的绿色贸易壁垒及其应对策略

随着我国加入世界贸易组织,国际市场各种环境贸易壁垒对我国的出口造成很大影响.本文通过介绍环境贸易壁垒的形成原因和表现形式,以及世界贸易组织关于环境保护的相关法律规定,分析我国与对外贸易有关的环境问题及相关法律问题,提出我国出口企业在世界贸易组织框架下应对环境贸易壁垒的措施建议.

On Environment-related Trade Barriers in WTO and Its Countermeasures

With the entrance into the World Trade Organization, China's export has been suffering a lot from all kinds of environment-related trade barriers widely existing in the world market. This article makes an introduction of the cause, forms of the environment-related trade barriers, and WTO's related legal rules to environment protection, analyzes the existing legal problems related to the environment and other aspects in foreign trade, and presents several countermeasures for China's exporting enterprises to adopt, to cope with the environment-related trade barriers with obedience to the WTO rules.
