| 摘 要： | 劳动是经济增长的动因和主体要素,劳动绩效的高低对一国财富增长有着至关重要的作用.在不同的经济体制和社会制度中,劳动者的劳动努力程度、劳动行为和劳动质量各有差异.本文从理论和实证上,分析这种差异的成因和对产出增长的效应,并根据我国的实际,提出了提高劳动绩效的应对措施.

Under different economy system and society system, hardship extent of worker, labor behavior and working quality are all different. The paper has analyzed cause of the difference and efficiency to output growth, and put forth measures to raise working effect in China. |
