优化干部教育培训运行方式的基本路向

As far as China is concerned, it is advisable to make use of the market appropriately and combine the ＂market mode＂ with the ＂public mode＂ to reduce the negative effect of the market. In handling training demand, we have to cater to the interest of the state, the department and the cadre. In terms of initiatives, we should try to seek out a combination of both internal and external forces. As to the structure of training bodies, we ought to encourage interaction between the main channel organizations and the others. In regard to the ways of training,we have to break through the uniform method and introduce a diversified system. As for the financial sources, diversification is a direction to provide sufficient guarantee. When it comes to implementation, flexibility should be the principle to choose the right training organization according to the targeted content of training.
