| 摘 要： | 全面加强和改进大学生思想政治教育，高质量地实施思想政治理论课程体系新方案，具有非常重要的意义。当前思想政治理论课程教学实效性不足，是多方面原因造成的。要开设新的高校思想政治理论课程，必须开展教学研究和改革，讲求教学方法和教学艺术，为我国高等教育事业的发展做出新的更大贡献。
