| 摘 要： | <劳动合同法>颁布以来,集中反映最强烈的是<劳动合同法>中关于无固定期限劳动合同制度的规定,许多企业采取行动来规避无固定期限劳动合同.通过解读无固定期限劳动合同的法律条款,分析无固定期限劳动合同对劳资关系的影响,提出了企业积极应对无固定期限劳动合同的策略,对于企业构建新型劳动关系战略,提高管理水平具有重要意义.
