目前,我国高校就业指导服务机构存在设置不全、功能单一、结合就业指导专业人员少等实际困难,在借鉴国外经验的基础上,从高校就业指导服务机构的理念、组织结构、人员队伍等方面着手,构建满足就业指导、服务的全程化、个性化需要的新型高校就业指导服务机构。
