| 摘 要： | 普遍存在于西部地区的乡镇工业举步维艰的现象,是由于该地区产业结构不合理造成的。全面分析产业结构现状的基础上,综合考虑西部环境优势,区位优势,产业空间转移契机和双低优势,结合西部地区农村工业发展的实际情况,正确界定乡镇工业产业调整的空间定位、产业定位,提出了产业结构调整的具体对策,从而为西部地区经济发展做出贡献。
