摘    要:为探索和实现企业人才招聘的科学化、合理化,运用不完全信息动态博弈和灰色关联度的相关理论,分析了企业人才招聘中存在的两大问题,即在什么样的选拔机制下选拔人才,以及如何在众多应聘者中间识别人才。通过不完全信息动态博弈的相关理论建立人才招聘模型,并指出在合理选拔机制下,企业偏向于选择综合素质较高的人才实现收益较大;为了实现识别素质高的人才,建立了全面、系统的人才评价指标体系;并运用灰色关联度理论说明如何对人才进行分析评价,为企业选拔人才提供了理论支撑。

Abstract:In order to set up a scientific and reasonable selection mechanism,it is necessary to use dynamic game theory and gray correlation with incomplete information and relevant theoretical knowledge,to solve the two problems,the goals of that is to know what kind of people can be selected under certain selection mechanism and how to distinguish the proper talents.The paper establishes a talent recruitment model by the theory and then sets up a reasonable selection mechanism so that the enterprises can get more when they choose the higher quality talents.In order to identify high quality talents,the authors establish a more comprehensive and systematic talent evaluation index system and use gray correlation knowledge to explain how to conduct analysis and evaluation of talent so as to provide an excellent reference in the selection of personnel for enterprises.
