| 摘 要： | 意象的应用是《欲望号街车》中重要的构剧手法之一。剧中的意象层出不穷，主要意象可分为四类：名称意象、动物意象、颜色意象及水与火意象。作者匠心独运，通过这些意象的深刻内蕴折射出主题的光辉。种种意象，很堪玩味，不仅拓展了该剧的意义空间，也使剧本在解读和研析成为一种愉快的体验。

| Abstract: | The application of theatrical imagery is crucial to the exposition of the thematic concern in Streetcar. The multiple imagery in the play can be divided into four categories: appellations, animals, color and water and fire. These images enrich the play with their dramatic expressivity and create a lasting impression on the audience. |
