| 摘 要： | 在基于非合作博弈讨价还价理论的基础上，根据技术转让的讨价还价过程，建立了具有破裂风险、贴现和内部选择因素的国际技术转让价格的讨价还价模型，给出了模型参数的选取方法，并进行了实证研究。

| Abstract: | Based on non-cooperative bargaining theory,this paper establishes the bargaining model of the price of technology transfer according to the characteristic of international technology transfer including such factors as inside options,risk of breakdown and discounting. The author demonstrates the model after putting forward the method to determine the parameters of the model. |
