摘    要:以中国人民银行今年所发布的提高存款准备金率的政策热点问题为出发点,结合中国当前的房地产市场现状,针对该货币政策导向对房地产市场的积极和消极影响进行分析,得到提高存款准备金率的货币政策不能单一地作为调控房地产市场的宏观调控手段的结论,应该综合运用各种市场的、经济的手段进行调控,并辅以必要的行政手段。

Abstract:The thesis discusses the problem with the policy heat issue that Chinese People's Bank has to raise deposit reserve rate recently,combining the current real estate market condition of China,aiming to analyse the influence of the monetary policy direction on the real estate market both in the active and the negative sides.The final conclusion is that the exaltation deposits reserve rate can't be the single conduct to adjust the situation.We should regulate and control economic means assisted with aecessary adinistration means.
