中国政治传统与现代公民政治

中国传统政治、当代中国政治、现代西方政治在哲学基础、制度规范、权力结构、社会基础、政治过程等方面,都体现出不同的形态与特性。其中,当代中国政治与中国传统政治有某种内在的关联性,而当代中国政治与现代西方政治却表现出两种截然不同的个性特征。创建中国的现代公民政治不可能照搬现代西方的政治模式。正确地总结中国传统和当代的政治发展的成功经验,参鉴现代西方政治模式的内在规律和合理性,创建本土化的政治发展模式,走一条有中国特色的民主政治发展之路,当是最明智的选择。

Chinese political tradition and modern civil politics

Traditional Chinese politics, modern Chinese politics and modern western politics embody different forms and characteristics in such respects as philosophic foundation, institutional norms, power structure, social basis and political process. There are some internal relations between modern Chinese politics and traditional Chinese politics, while modern Chinese politics and modern western politics are poles apart in individual characteristics. In order to build modern Chinese civil politics, one, instead of copying political patterns of modern western countries, should accurately sum up the successful experience of Chinese traditional and modern politics to establish a political pattern suited to the conditions of our country in the light of the inherent law and rationality toward a democratic political road with Chinese characteristic.
