| 摘 要： | 弱势群体最重要的法学特征是其基本权利得不到实现,尤其是生存权、劳动权和平等权。宪法对弱势群体基本人权的特殊关爱和保护是宪法核心价值和终极目标的应有之义,体现了宪法公平、平等、正义的价值追求。
