中国教育跨世纪发展战略选择的思考

摘    要:科教兴国战略的提出和实施、科技与经济的迅速发展和社会的进步对教育存在着巨大的需求、教育发展和改革存在着更为有利的社会环境,这些使中国当前教育的发展面临机遇和挑战,也决定了其历史性任务的新的视角及难点,为此,我们对中国教育发展战略选择的思考如下:1扩大教育资源供给;2优化教育资源配置,大力提高现有资源的使用效益;3改革和创新;4在教育发展和改革中全面处理好普及与提高、数量与质量、继承、借鉴与创新以及教育、科研与发展的关系

Abstract:There exist great requirements for education on account of the raising and execution of the strategy of science and education's rejuvenating China, the rapid development of science, technology and economy, and social progress. The educational development and reforms are favourable for social environment, which causes the current development of education facing chances and challenges and also decides its new perspective and hardness of historic task. Thus, we put forward the thinking on the choice of strategies of educational development: (1) expanding the educational resources' supply; (2) excellently disposing the educational resources to improve the beneficial result of the possessed resources; (3) reforming and innovating; and (4) in the educational development and reforms, comprehensively to deal with the relationships between popularization and improvement; quality and quantity; inheritance, reference and innovation; education, research and development.
