| 摘 要： | 元认知是个体在对自身思维、自我意识的基础上,对自己的认知加工过程的自我反省、自我控制、自我评价和自我调节,以达到自动化的程度。英语阅读理解中的元认知包括三个构成要素:元认知知识、元认知体验和元认知监控。元认知在英语阅读学习中起着非常重要的协调和导向作用,并且可通过直接的训练获得。因此,提高元认知水平是提高英语阅读能力的突破口和关键。

| Abstract: | Meta-cognition refers to learners' automatic awareness of their own mental process and the ability to reflect,control,evaluate and regulate their own cognitive process.Meta-cognition in English reading involves in three clements:meta-cognitive knowledge,meta-cognitive experience and meta-cognitive monitoring.A great number of studies on meta-cognition show that it provides the learners the proper guidance in English reading comprehension and can be acquired by training.Thus we think meta-cognition is the most crucial to further improve their reading ability. |
